Refund policy

Every Kid Drew It item is made to order with your own child's drawing, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size picked.

If something is our fault, we fix it. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free reprint or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the item back.

Lost parcels: if tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we'll reprint or refund.

Cancelling: you can cancel for a full refund until we start printing. Contact us as soon as possible after ordering.

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
