These terms cover the drawings you upload. They sit alongside our Terms of Service.
Your drawing stays yours
You confirm you have the right to use the artwork you upload (for example, it was drawn by your child or by a family member who agrees). You keep all rights to it. You give Kid Drew It (BD Merchants LLC) permission to use it only to make, check and ship your order. We never use it in advertising or anywhere else unless you give us written permission.
What we can't print
We may decline artwork that copies characters, logos or other content owned by someone else, or content that is hateful or inappropriate. If we decline an order, we'll contact you to choose another drawing or refund you in full.
How it will look
We remove the paper background and adjust brightness so the drawing prints well. We don't redraw it or change it with AI. Printed colors can look slightly different from a screen or the original paper.
